Our approach
Listen first
Every visit starts with your questions and concerns. If you feel anxious, tell us: we’ll take all the time needed.
Explain clearly
We show you what we see and explain the options, their benefits and their limits, before we begin.
Prevent rather than repair
Regular follow-up costs less and means fewer procedures. We help you keep your mouth healthy between visits.
Your visit
What to bring to your first appointment
- A list of your medications and health conditions
- Your dental insurance information, if any
- Your questions: write them down so you don’t forget
- For a child: their health record and a parent or guardian
Frequently asked questions
Your questions, answered
Are you accepting new patients?
Call us at 450 447-1100 and we’ll quickly let you know when we can see you.
How often should I see the dentist?
Generally, a checkup and cleaning every 6 to 12 months. Your dentist adjusts the frequency to the health of your teeth and gums.
When should my child have their first visit?
The Ordre des dentistes du Québec recommends a first visit when the first tooth appears, or by about age one. An early visit builds good habits without stress.
My gums bleed when I brush. Is it serious?
It’s often a sign of gingivitis, which responds well to treatment when caught early. Book an exam: left untreated, it can progress to more serious gum disease.
Does whitening damage teeth?
Done under a dentist’s supervision after an exam, whitening is safe. Temporary sensitivity is possible; we explain how to limit it.
How does insurance reimbursement work?
Every plan is different. Bring your insurance information and our team will explain how to file your claim.
